How to get what service


1. Transfer of names in the voter list
A. If someone needs to transfer his name from one constituency to another constituency to another constituency.
Then you have to fill up Form No. 14 along with a photocopy of National Identity Card and a copy of Utility Bill / Rent Receipt / Chowkidari Receipt / Municipal Tax Receipt / First Class Officer / Ward Commissioner / Union Parishad Member. (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
B. If someone needs to transfer name from one constituency to another constituency including constituency
Then you have to fill up Form No. 13 along with photocopy of National Identity Card and copy of Utility Bill / Rent Receipt / Chowkidari Receipt / Municipal Tax Receipt / First Class Officer / Ward Commissioner / Union Parishad Chairman. (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
02. Cutting / Cutting the list of dead voters:
What to do then: Fill in Form No. 12 and submit it to the concerned Upazila Election Office along with the signature of the person collecting the information and the certification of the Chairman. (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
03. Regarding becoming a new voter:
If you want to include the name of the voter list after reaching the age of 18, you have to contact the Upazila Election Office.
04. Work related to voter list:
A. If someone loses or loses their national identity card
What to do then: A general diary (GD) has to be made at the police station through the application, the original (01) copy of the GD has to be submitted in person at the general diary (GD) office and the receipt has to be taken from the office. (Copy of the mentioned General Diary (GD) is not accepted through someone else)
B. If someone needs to correct his / her name mistake, father's / husband's name mistake, age mistake etc. in the national identity card:
In case of mistake in name and age, you have to appear in person with school certificate / driving license / birth registration and contact the following address.
05. Signing of National Identity Card as Registration Officer / Assistant Registration Officer.
06. Conduct local government elections.
07. Voter list inspection.
To do so: You can inspect the voter list in the concerned upazila by depositing a court fee of Rs. 50 on the application form. If anyone wants to collect the voter list without photo, please inform the concerned Upazila Election Office before depositing Rs. Will. No photocopy of the voter list with photograph can be made without the permission / direction of the Election Commission Secretariat. Voter lists with photographs will be used only by election officials.
