How to get key services

1. Voter list transfer:

A. If someone needs to transfer their name from one constituency to another, the voter list:
Then you have to fill up Form No. 14 along with photocopy of National Identity Card and Copy of Utility Bill / Bhari Bhavar Receipt / Chowkidari Receipt / Municipal Tax Receipt / First Class Officer / Ward Commissioner / Union Parishad Member Attached Certificate . (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
B. If someone needs to transfer their name from one constituency to another, including the constituency:
To do so: Form No. 13 should be filled along with photocopy of National Identity Card and copy of Utility Bill / Rent Receipt / Chowkidari Receipt / Municipal Tax Receipt / First Class Officer / Ward Commissioner / Union Parishad Chairman Attached and submitted to the concerned Upazila Election Office . (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
02. Cutting / Cutting the list of dead voters
What to do then: Fill in the form No. 12 and submit it to the concerned Upazila Election Office along with the signature of the data collector and the certification of the Chairman. (Mentioned form can be obtained from this office)
03. Update the voter list
NB: All these activities (activities of serial no. 1 to 03) will be from 1st January to 31st January every year / Bangladesh Election Commission Secretariat will have the necessary time as per the instructions.

04. Voter List Work:
A. If someone's national identity card is lost or damaged in any wayঃ
Then a general diary (GD) has to be made at the place to be done, 01 (one) copy of GD has to be submitted to the photocopy office. A copy of the original GD and a photocopy of the National Identity Card (if any) should be contacted at the following address.
B. In case of any national identity card, it is necessary to correct the mistake of one's own name, mistake of father's / husband's name, mistake of age, etc.:

05. Signing of National Identity Card as Registration Officer / Assistant Registration Officer.

07. Voter list inspection.
If you want to do so: You can inspect the voter list by submitting a court fee of Rs. 50 on the application form in the concerned upazila. Have to. No photocopy of the voter list with photograph may be made without the permission / direction of the Election Commission Secretariat. Voter lists with photographs will be used only by the election officials.
